Chief Executive Officer George Dannecker brings more than 35 years of multinational management experience in the technology sector to Senet as CEO. He has held management positions of increasing responsibility with Acme Electric Corporation, Gould, Inc. and Aavid Thermalloy, was cofounder of Concord Communications and Teraconnect. He founded Vette Corp. and Coolcentric which became global leaders in the field of electronic thermal management with global sales and manufacturing operations in North America and China. Prior to founding Vette Corp. Dannecker was founder, CEO and president of TeraConnect, Inc. a venture-funded spinout from Lockheed Martin, commercializing optical transceivers used in telecommunications and data communications. Dannecker was also President and COO of Aavid Thermalloy, where he globalized manufacturing, expanding operations into England, Singapore, Taiwan and China and achieved revenues of more than $250 million.
Mr. Morgan has nearly twenty-five years of experience in financial and general management in a variety of industries including new and traditional media, manufacturing, energy and branded consumer products. Prior to Senet Chauncey worked in a number of Private Equity backed businesses in CEO and CFO positions including Global Decisions Group, LLC, an investment of the New York buy out firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice. Prior to that Chauncey was the Director of Finance of The News Corporation responsible for financial oversight and leading strategic initiatives for the Company’s satellite television, broadcasting and internet media businesses. Mr. Morgan has received his BA in History from Dartmouth College and MBA for NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Chief Technology Officer & Vice President Engineering Dave Kjendal is a senior executive with over 18 years of experience in high-tech innovation management and complex product development. He is a successful leader of large multi-site teams that have delivered dozens of leading-edge LAN/WLAN product lines, embedded and application software designs as well as ODM and OEM development models with responsibility for research and design, product management and product marketing. Prior to joining Senet, Kjendal has held leadership positions with industry-related technology companies – Extreme Networks as Senior Vice President Engineering, Siemens Enterprise Communications as Senior Vice President, General Manager, and as Engineering Architect for Enterasys Networks. Kjendal received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from University of New Hampshire and Master of Science, Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
Chief Operations Officer Brad Martin is an award winning operations, engineering & management executive, an author and featured manufacturing industry speaker. Recognized for his achievements in global telecommunications hardware and software, Martin has received industry awards for excellence in software test automation, quality controls, manufacturing innovations, next generation leadership, culture and sustainability. His extensive global work force experience with direct and indirect resources in Taiwan, India, Canada, Ireland, Romania, Thailand, China and the US has earned a successful track record in global operations management, software quality assurance, research & design, corporate quality leadership and new product introduction. Martin’s prior executive management positions include Vice President and Chief Quality Officer with Extreme Networks, Vice President of Engineering Operations and Quality with Siemens Enterprise Communication and Director of Engineering Services with Enterasys Networks. Martin received his Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
John has been helping businesses transform their offerings and go-to-market, bringing a rare mix of sales, business development, product marketing, management and organizational development to the companies he serves. John has over thirty years of experience supporting large enterprises in building and rolling out new solutions, while also developing and running global sales channel programs. Prior to Joining Senet John served as VP, enterprise sales and channels at GENBAND, a leading provider of unified communications and infrastructure solutions to the telecom and enterprise markets. Before joining GENBAND, John was VP sales and business development, VGO Communications, a robotic telepresence technology company. Previous executive roles included VP Corporate Marketing & Business Development at Sonus networks; VP Product Marketing and Produce Line Management, Ubiquity; VP and GM Mixed Media Collaboration, Polycom; President & CEO, Oracom; VP and GM, Picturetel; Business Development Manager, Emerging Products Group, Lotus/IBM; Sales Manager, Multilink; and District Sales Manager, Cable & Wireless. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
