Cloud Developer – Java

QA Engineer

Network Development Program Manager - Multiple Positions

We are growing our team and have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to manage the development and portfolio of the public wireless network. Reporting to the Director of Operations, we are looking for someone who is self-managed, with excellent follow-up skills to see projects through to completion.

Job Purpose

The Network Development Program Manager will be responsible for the development of the public RF network, and the management of the site portfolio throughout the United States and beyond. Primary responsibilities include managing, tracking, and reporting on antenna co-location projects, managing site lease renewals and cancellations, and maintaining all aspects of network site documentation. In additional to Network related tasks, the Network Development Program Manager will be required to assist on various other tasks to help the business succeed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, drive and report on all tower, rooftop and other antenna co-location projects
  • Manage external acquisition teams to ensure an efficient and economic deployment
  • Maintain point of contact relationships with tower site owners and landlords
  • Negotiate site agreements and arrangements with site landlords
  • Determine site requirements relating to acquisition, documentation, and installation
  • Review incoming site agreements for common desirable and undesirable language
  • Broker language negotiations between Senet and tower companies; making necessary modifications, and coordinate execution routing between multiple organizations
  • Maintain all site documentation in a centralized database
  • Monitor current agreements and dates, working within the organization to make sure that all leases are terminated or renewed based on customer and network needs
  • Help to identify construction teams to expedite installation process
  • Comply with all necessary regulatory and engineering requirements including permitting, structural studies, etc.
  • Work closely with our internal construction and maintenance team by updating them with site progress and requirements
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external site related inquiries

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing construction and maintenance efforts
  • Help gather data for future equipment quantity and specification requirements
  • Maintain a willingness to help others in any way possible when available
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel required in the US in support of network development

Network Operations Support Engineer - Multiple Positions

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Network monitoring and maintenance for Senet’s distributed network across North America
  • Operating and maintaining Senet’s Network Server software platform to manage public and semi-private networks
  • Developing/analyzing network coverage models and designs for customer applications
  • Supporting the customer on-boarding process
  • Training customers on integration of software and hardware deployments
  • Troubleshooting device communication issues related to customer software and hardware

Site Operations Engineer - Multiple Positions

We are growing our team and have an exciting opportunity for a Site Operations Engineer to help drive the expansion of the public wireless network. Reporting to the Director of Operations, we are looking for someone who is self-managed, with excellent follow-up skills to see projects through to completion.

Job Purpose

The Site Operations Engineer will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring and tracking of network equipment; and the installation, troubleshooting and repairs required to get sites operational. Responsibilities may include configuration and testing of outbound equipment, shipping equipment, project management of installation and maintenance jobs, communication with field technicians, over the phone troubleshooting, documentation and continuous monitoring. In additional to Site Operations tasks, the Site Operations Engineer may also perform various additional duties related to operations and equipment/warehouse management and inventory tracking.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure and test tower equipment prior to installation to ensure functionality
  • Safely package and ship tower equipment to technicians to install on site
  • Coordinate new site installations with various technicians in a timely manner
  • Comply with all necessary regulatory requirements including permitting, structural studies, etc.
  • Verbally train installers on how to test and install equipment on site to Senet’s standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment both in person and remotely over the phone
  • Track and document equipment malfunctions and locations to ensure a constantly up to date database of tower equipment assets
  • Monitor site reliability/status, and coordinate equipment swaps between the manufacturer and the on-site technicians
  • Maintain an equipment inventory of all network related equipment to include; tower equipment, nodes, operational stock, tower box parts/sub-assemblies, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external site related inquiries

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain warehouse to promote a comfortable working environment
  • Manage projects to dispose of, transfer or sell current unusable inventory
  • Maintain a willingness to help others in any way possible when available
  • Flexibility in off-hours availability as nationwide project installations and maintenance may require
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel required in the US to support network development

Controller

Our growing company is seeking a Controller based in our Portsmouth, NH headquarters. The Controller will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is the key owner of daily accounting operations. This individual will be responsible for corporate statutory compliance, leading the monthly financial close, internal and external reporting, and ongoing evolutions, upgrades and maintenance to accounting and other financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Managing various accounting processes (accounts receivable and billing, accounts payable and cash management) to insure a rapid and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial close.
  • Manage and review preparation of all balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Establish and maintain all corporate policies related to accounting matters
  • Review and maintain all corporate statutory tax requirements in connection with nexus determination and associated tax obligations
  • Provide CFO and auditors with detailed technical accounting guidance, particularly in relation to revenue recognition for contracts with customers
  • Manage performance of annual audit including timely and accurate preparation of audit schedules. Primary liaison with independent auditors.
  • Act as liaison between company and bank representatives, and perform monthly bank compliance reporting
  • Manage relationship between company and contract financing bankers for operating lease funding, including ongoing account management on financed contracts
  • Coordinate annual tax preparation with outside tax firm
  • Implement changes to accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with general accepted accounting rules and regulations
  • Maintain database of company key performance indicators, and generate high level dashboard weekly for executive team
  • Manage annual renewal of non-benefit corporate insurance policies and act as liaison between insurance brokers and company for non-benefit related needs
  • Perform credit reviews of customers and determine payment terms to minimize bad debt risk
  • Perform ongoing maintenance to the general ledger, reporting tools and other financial systems
  • Drive process improvements throughout the department to maximize efficiency
  • Generate monthly reporting packages to ensure accuracy of financial information, including follow-up and resolution of any potential variances identified
  • Review payroll and act as backup for some HR functions
  • Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned by CFO

Qualifications – Required

  • BS in Accounting
  • 5-10 years of accounting experience
  • Experience with revenue recognition rules (ASC 606)
  • Experience in the operation of QuickBooks, Avalara, Salesforce, and Concur
  • Highly skilled in MS Office and ability to adopt new software tools as required
  • Demonstrated record of highest professional ethics; ability to work proactively with all levels of the organization; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Background in cost accounting
  • Experience in recurring revenue operations
  • Experience in telecommunication taxes
