CEO & President
Bruce Chatterley is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur. He brings more than 25 years of experience building successful high growth technology businesses. He most recently operated as an Independent Growth Consultant to global fiber optic telecommunications providers, based in London UK. Immediately prior, Chatterley served as CEO for Layered Technologies, a provider of secure cloud hosting services for Government, Financial Services and Healthcare applications. Chatterley is also an experienced telecom leader, serving as CEO of cloud-based VOIP firms Broadvox and Speakeasy. In addition, he is a former senior executive at Ameritech and US West. Chatterley has also been an early leader in the development of the Software As A Service industry, having served as CEO of ViAir and President of eServices for Concur Technologies. Earlier in his career Chatterley also held Senior Sales and Marketing positions at GE and IBM. He earned his BSBA from Central Michigan University and his MBA from the Kogod College of Business Administration at American University. He currently serves as a Board member for London-based technology firm Snupps, Inc., Bigleaf Networks, and Clevest.
CTO & Executive Vice President Engineering
Chief Technology Officer & Vice President Engineering Dave Kjendal is a senior executive with over 18 years of experience in high-tech innovation management and complex product development. He is a successful leader of large multi-site teams that have delivered dozens of leading-edge LAN/WLAN product lines, embedded and application software designs as well as ODM and OEM development models with responsibility for research and design, product management and product marketing. Prior to joining Senet, Kjendal has held leadership positions with industry-related technology companies – Extreme Networks as Senior Vice President Engineering, Siemens Enterprise Communications as Senior Vice President, General Manager, and as Engineering Architect for Enterasys Networks. Kjendal received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from University of New Hampshire and Master of Science, Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
As Chief Financial Officer at Senet, Mark Baltier oversees financial, human resource and legal functions. He has more than 30 years of experience in financial management with a specialty in the computer software and technology industries. Prior to joining Senet, Mark has provided financial management leadership as CFO to multiple venture backed technology companies including Rapid Miner, Reddo Mobility, Streambase (acquired by Tibco), XyEnterprise (acquired by SDL), Reef Point Systems (acquired by Genband), and Phonetic Systems (acquired by Nuance). During his CFO tenure Mark has raised over $100 million in debt and equity and has been involved in multiple M&A transactions. His earlier experiences also include key leadership positions at Voicetek (acquired by Aspect Telecommunications), Concord Data Systems (acquired by Memotec) and Advanced Video Products (acquired by E-Systems). Mark earned an MBA from Babson College and received a BS in Accounting from Bentley University.
Executive Vice President of Sales
Mark Ewen is responsible for customer facing sales and business development initiatives targeting communications service providers, enterprises, and systems integrators. Mark brings more than 20 years of leadership experience managing and scaling global teams and relationships across mobile, wireless and Internet of Things (IoT). Mark joined Senet from Actility where he held the position of Area Vice President Americas responsible for establishing and managing customer and partner relationships for the company’s Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) IoT platform. Prior to Actility, Mark held senior executive roles at business-to-business software and services companies including Zoove, Motricity, Openwave and Oracle, supporting enterprise and communication service provider customers. Mark has a degree is in Quantitative Business Analysis from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
